  1. 1.   Walton Castle Wedding MenuHere is a selection of dishes that we can create for your wedding feast. Feelfree to make your own suggestions and we will do our best accommodateyour wishes.Three courses for £35 per headFour courses for £40 per headFour courses include canapés, starter, main course and dessert.Tea and coffee is included in the price.We are happy to serve your wedding cake as dessert.If you decide to have canapés we are happy to serve your champagne orbubbly to your guests as part of the package.No Hidden ExtrasThe costs above are based on a minimum of 70 guests. Final menu choice,numbers of guests, running order and specification of service may allultimately affect the final price.Whats included? • China and cutlery • Glassware (not including champagne flutes, we can order these on your behalf) • White linen cloths & napkins (coloured linen may cost slightly more) • Waiting team and chefs • Kitchen equipment • Children’s meals are offered at a discounted rateWhats not included? • Cake stand • Any additional kitchen equipment required • Generator if required. We can run the kitchen without a generator. However, if you decide to have lighting, music etc in your marquee a generator will be required. • Removal of empty bottles/cans (unless supplied by Seth’s Kitchen) • Refrigeration for all drinks (unless supplied by Seth’s Kitchen) • Kitchen Marquee is not included. This is usually an extension of your hired marquee i.e 3 mtrs by 9 mtrs.

  4. 4.   Main CourseWe like to serve our main course family style. Meat on platters and vegetablesin dishes placed on the table to allow guests to help themselves. • Butter bean a leek croustade - creamy butter beans and leeks baked with a parmesan and herb crust, served with seasonal vegetables • Moroccan style lamb and preserve lemon tagine, minted cous cous and herb yoghurt • Rolled shoulder of lamb minted new potatoes, seasonal vegetables and salsa verde • Salmon en croute, new potatoes, spinach, roast tomatoes and lemon mayonnaise • 24 hour roast pork, wild mushroom macaroni cheese and seasonal vegetables Dessert • Meringue with raspberries, strawberries and cream • Lemon tart with clotted cream • Tunisian orange cake – moist spiced orange cake • Bitter chocolate tart and crème fraiche • Selection of cheese and biscuits
