    28.Waterless Bath! - Presentation Transcript

    1. Waterless Bath Many of us think that we need water for bathing. The answer is both Yes and No. When 99% of society believes that we can take bath only with water, and if someone says, we can still take bath even without water, the teller is either viewed as saint or a big fool. We all know but often forget that our body is made of 5 basic elements, viz, Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. It is un-believable that we can take bath with all these 5 elements separately. The only factor that makes us believe is that WATER BATH being more popular, it is hard to believe that we can take bath with other four elements also. Those who are familiar with Ayurvedic procedures of Pancha-karma know this virtual secret. There is mud, water, fire-bath, air-bath and also ether bath each has its own significance. Bath can not be taken with fire but Sun is considered as source of fire and bath under sun may be taken as fire bath. Sun-bath is advisable before 8 am and after 4 pm. Please refer to solar bath in the web-site www.solarhealing.com/. There is also colored- light bath which is mostly used in curing some skin-diseases. Night time we use electric fan during sleep may be considered as Air-bath. A meditator invokes cosmic energy from ether and hence meditation is ether bath. Anybody is free to avail one or more varieties of above cited baths as per his sadhana. Drenching in rain water while sun shines is called Brahma- snana as per sastra. There is a section in society who takes bath in one-spoon of water (apo hishto mayo bhava………) after main bath. There are certain meditators who take ‘mental bath’ with milk, with flowers, with chandana water etc. Try your priority! ---Concept- Karanam’s Infinty ®
