    23..Stable Govt - Presentation Transcript

    1. Do we want stable Govt? Many of the serious thinking citizens of India felt many a time whenever there was of Vote of Confidence in Indian parliament. This type of crisis did come, not once or twice, but the question remained un-answered and every time the crisis was resolved somehow or other. Is there any concrete solution for this problem? The solution is both easy and difficult. Confused? It is easy to say but very difficult to implement. My vision about this problem is like this. Once elected to parliament as an MP, every Member of Parliament is equally responsible to stay in power for a full term of five years. Once elected, he should keep attending the sessions for the stipulated period. If asked to give referendum, to be given as YES or NO. The cabinet should consist of representatives of (ALL) every party got elected by people. There should be nothing like ruling or opposition party. All MPs are responsible for the Govt. Even the party that has bagged less number of seats should be in cabinet representing its party. There should NOT be vote of confidence at all. It should be their bounden duty to rule the country for a full term. No compromise. Constitutional amendment to this effect is to be brought. Then it will be easy to implement. When the Govt is stable, every minister including PM will function in a balanced manner. Otherwise, the devil by name INSECURITY will haunt each and every class of people from a peasant to PM from a peon to President, business class to employees from student to senior citizens. Now how many of you would endorse this idea? How many of you would support this idea? What are your efforts to pass on this idea to Parliament? CONCEPT by KARANAM’s INFINITY(R)
