  2. 2. Every company in Singapore should have a Local Director Not Bankrupt Should be Singaporean/Singapore P/R Should be over 18 years old No convictions for fraud/dishonesty
  3. 3. Every company in Singapore should appoint a CompanySecretary within 6 months of incorporation 1. Secretary should be locally resident in Singapore 2. A single director of a company cannot act as secretary 3. Secretary should be Singaporean/Singapore PR 4. For public companies, Secretary should be qualified person
  4. 4. All Singapore Companies that are non -exempt should appointan auditor within 6 months of incorporation Checked!! Auditor should be a qualified public Check!! accountant with a license to practice in Singapore Check!!
  5. 5. Meet your Tax Agent Your Tax agent should be qualified and should be able to use the right options for your income What makes a good tax agent? • Experience in dealing ta x matters • Expertise in both personal and corporate taxes • Should ideally be qualified accountant or tax consultant
