Say thanks for the compliments, too, as often as you can. Both are considered essential for establishing the kind of relationships that make social media valuable for marketing your practice.  Have some fun. No matter how serious your work, there’s always a lighter side or random elements of humor that you can share, and your friends and fans will especially appreciate that.
