Make your own salad dressings. Salad dressing also contains loads of sugar, as do all condiments. So, lets get creative. BASIC Olive oil, dried salad herbs (in spices section of grocer) , fresh garlic cloves, fresh squeezed lemon. Store in a mason jar, with garlic sitting in the oil. The longer the richer the flavor.. FRENCH Salad dressing idea: Tomato paste-add water to thin to desired consistency. A few shakes of garlic powder or as much fresh garlic cloves as desired-sliced thin. One shake of stevia. (1) tsp on extra virgin olive oil. 1-2 shakes of dried parsley or dried salad herbs (locate in seasoning department. You may add slices of black olives to this homemade dressing. Hummus Dressing|Sauce (use as desired on salads, over fish or chicken) To any flavor of hummus, add : (1) tsp of olive oil, and water, thinning hummus to consistency of salad dressing.
    • RANCH DRESSING SUBSTITUTE Avocado dressing 1 large avocado 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 1 /2 cup vanilla or plan SOY or ALMOND yogurt 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional) 1/4 extra virgin olive oil 2 garlic cloves 3/4 teaspoon SEA salt
    • French Dressing Substitute Homemade French Salad Dressing: (1-2 cans) Tomato paste-add water to thin to desired consistency.
