  • 5.  Eat 2.5 cups every day  Includes food like  Broccoli  Spinach  Carrots  Dry Beans  Peas
  • 6.  Eat2 cups every day  Could be fresh, frozen, canned, or dried  Not the same as fruit juices
  • 7.  Get 3 cups every day  Best to go low-fat or fat- free  Includes Fat free milk Fat free yogurt
  • 8.  5.5 ounces every day  Best to eat low fat or lean meat  Variety is exceptional  Fish  Beans  Peas  nuts
