  • 1. Case Study Interview with Mark ObornINTRODUCTIONMark Oborn worked as a dental professional for years, but about 7 yearsago he decided to get his MBA in Marketing. In 2009 he set up andonline marketing company that caters to the dental industry because hesaw that many dental professionals were struggling with it. His systemincludes linking the client’s website with social media and working toconvert leads into customers.THE CHALLENGEMark had been posting manually to each social media networkfor about 18 months when a friend of his introduced him toSendible. This is an incredibly time-consuming way to do socialmedia, so needless to say he was very interested in Sendiblebecause it puts all of your social media networks are in oneplace. Posting manually is very difficult if not impossible whenmanaging multiple clients because you need to be in front ofyour computer 24 hour a day. Mark loved that Sendible allowedhim to schedule posts and do the work before it needed to beposted. Mark also was having a hard time building relationships on Twitter.
