  • 4. What is a blog?  A blog is a website in which items are posted on a regular basis and displayed. The term blog is a shortened form of the word web-log.
  • 5. What is a blogger?   A person who posts these entries is called a “blogger” Blogs use a conversational style of documentation.
  • 6. Benefits of Blogs        How might you use blogs to benefit your students? Providing extra reading practice for students. To guide students to online resources appropriate for their level. To increase the sense of community in a class. To encourage shy students to participate. To encourage a process-writing approach. As an online portfolio of student written work.
