    in india preservation is still a way of life...pickles, jams etc. out of seasonal veggies and fruits.. but things are changing..i don’t see my generation taking all the hassle...supermarkets are so much easier...
    this slideshow i hope is acting as an eye opener

    hi, my compliments for this very good slide show. i never thought about cooking was a political act. i also never realized the connection between the food industry and supermarkets as outlets for their products.
