      • SBR was very weak in technology knowledge and application, but this is an area in which we can excel with minimal additional expense

      • In order to compete with other schools

      • Organize personal digital portfolio
      • Use PowerPoint presentations to introduce new topics
      • Learn to use Moodle
      • Create a digital yearbook
      • Create class blog
      • Online coursework submission and grading

      • Actively follow 8 educational blogs
      • Use multimedia in classroom presentations
      • Create e-textbook for SMP science teachers
      • Create blog for Bahasa Indonesia teachers
      • Create online ESL resource pool
      • Online course

    4. PD PROCESS
      • In May, these PD goals will be returned to each staff member
      • Staff will assess their achievement of their own goals and justify their assessment
      • Using ratings: 1 exceeds expectations; 2 meets expectations; 3 satisfactory; 4 unsatisfactory
      • Self-assessment ratings approved or adjusted by teacher performance appraisal committee
      • PD rating linked to annual salary increase
