  2. 2.     The PRINCE RESTAURANT is intend to be full services, three-meal-a-day. Restaurant is located at the prime location at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi. The Restaurant is full will features of menu at moderately priced breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast will feature traditional morning dishes.(Parathas,Tea,Coffee,fried Egg and on demand of customers) Lunch will feature a variety of Karrai,Kabab, soups,salads,chicken,egg,sandwiches and on demand of customers. Dinner will feature casual family-style dinning and will offer fresh, seafood ,pastas, steaks, desserts, paellas dinner salads and on the demand of customers.

STRATEGY  The PRINCE Restaurant is being located at Gulshan-e-Iqbal it will facing an increasing competition therefore the menu, special services and features must be continuously evolved  best quality and freshness of the raw material to be used in the menu must be ensured.  The restaurant can also offer an introductory discount to attract customers.  The restaurant can also offer the free delivery services of certain menu items in selected areas.  We are building our marketing infrastructure so that we can eventually reach more customers with the same offering.  We focus on satisfying the needs of middle-to uppermiddle(Children, young, old etc.)  class residents and companies/factories located inside or outside the area of Restaurant.

No dish leaves the kitchen without skilled professional preparation and presentation.  PRINCE Restaurant’s menu was designed by our entire team but specifically put together by our executive of productions and head cook.Cost was factored into each item.

Specially in Gulshan-e-Iqbal there are many competitors in our way which are also targeting middle-middle and upper-middle class. the main competitors are MELA and LASANIA RESTAURANT.As we are opening in Gulshan-e-Iqbal so we have to face lots of competitions but by providing best quality food with competitive price we aim at making our name and place in the market soon.
