How  to  implement?  •  Na5onal  annual  physics  congresses  –            named  panels,  for  instance            outreach  and  mass  media  in  different  countries  (no  one  is  a  profit  in  their  country)  or          front-­‐end  research  and  funding  how  does  it  work  in  different  area  of  physics  and  different  countries
