AT&T Puerto Rico faces the challenge to have an US website that might not include the local offers, plans and devices.
Therefore, they had to build a local mobile site to meet consumer expectations.
The mobile site is supported with mobile ads as well as QR codes in offline media. Ads either focused on retail or sweepstakes; both needs satisfied by the mobile site.
