Subliminal Affirmations That Are Life Changing - Presentation Transcript

    1. Subliminal Affirmations That Are Life-Changing http://www.SecretOfMindPower.com What’s the difference between regular affirmations and subliminal affirmations? Are they just the same? While they are both made up of encouraging words, their diverse ways of delivery mark the substantial difference between the two. Equipped with the right tools, you can make any regular affirmation into a subliminal one. An affirmation can be any simple statement. It is something positive that is phrased in the present tense. A good example of an affirmation would be: “I am strong” or “I am beautiful” or even “I am not fat”. There are multitudes of lists of affirmations that are available online and elsewhere. However, affirmations have proven to be ineffective most of the time, because people do not utilize them consistently or long enough for their brains to be able to absorb it. Also, they make the common mistake of using the conscious part of the brain, where a filter, like a pre- dominant insecurity, can hinder the input of these affirmations. Subliminal affirmations do not have much difference from regular affirmations however they are delivered in such a way that you can barely detect or recognize it. For example, a message can just appear as a quick flash on your screen. Even if you didn’t quite catch what it was, you can be assured that your subconscious mind picked up every single flash and recognizes exactly what it said. These kinds of affirmations can even be sent to you through your speakers. The audio is sent at a non-regular frequency that is below hearing level. This enables your subconscious mind to receive these messages instead of getting them through your conscious mind. The subconscious mind is a truly amazing thing. Out of your total brain mass, it occupies about 83% of it and controls 96-98% of your total behavior and perception. Just imagine that! On the other hand, your conscious mind is out of focus every 6-8 seconds or so, whilst your subconscious mind is never out of focus! Your conscious mind may retain information and then lose it after a few seconds, but your subconscious mind retains all the information that it gets and never loses it. The conscious mind can process approximately 2,000 bits of data per second. Quite a number, isn’t it? But hear this, the subconscious mind can process 400 billion bits of data per second and retains all of it and loses none! How then can you benefit from this? A habit is formed by simply taking a thought of action and thinking it over and over again. This thought will eventually become a habit, and with continued
    2. repetition, it will then become a belief or an attitude. This means you can change these beliefs just by simply frequently and repeatedly imprinting your new or desired belief on your subconscious mind. So if you have a bad habit that you want to replace with a good one, just think about it continuously and you can eventually eliminate that bad habit and enforce the good one.
