Brain Power - Perhaps The Most Powerful Of Them All - Presentation Transcript

    1. Brain Power: Perhaps the Most Powerful of Them All http://www.SecretOfMindPower.com It has been well documented that we only use a very small part of our brain power. This is a very important statement because if it’s true that only a small part of our brain’s potential is being utilized, we humans might be possessing one of the most powerful organs in the entire animal kingdom – and we are not even aware of how to use it. In addition, despite this ‘limited’ potential that we humans have known to use, mankind has done great things over the years. From its pre-historic origins to now, we humans have used our brain to invent all these things around us. One cannot ignore the idea that if, at this limited capability that we’re using it, the brain has allowed us to think and make all of the things around us, imagine how much more we could have invented and discovered if we utilized our brain’s power. Daunting, right? The question now is HOW. How do we test those ‘unused’ capabilities of our brain? How do we tap on its seemingly endless potential and use it for our benefit? How do we find the correct ways to activate this ‘deactivated’ part of this thing between our ears? Is it even possible, in the first place? Or are we doomed to fail in this quest to totally materialize on the potential or our brain power? The answers to these questions are still unknown. Some people would like to believe that they’re using their brain to its utmost potential. However, this thought of the unknown potential of the brain has made people curious. Maybe, we can use ALL of our brain. Maybe, just maybe, one day man will wake up saying that his brain is used day in and day out up to its capacity. There are lots of ways to increase our brain power. Listed below are 10 tips which can help you achieve that task. Yes, they may seem commonplace, but if done correctly and consistently, they prove to keep our brain fresh, active, making it open to the possibility of using its capabilities to the utmost degree. 10 tips on how to increase brain power: 1. Think positive. 2. Eat ‘brain food.’ 3. Sleep well 4. Master self-talk. 5. Learn a foreign language. 6. Solve puzzles. 7. Spell long words backwards.
    2. 8. Start a blog. 9. Take time for solitude and relaxation. 10. Read, read read! As you can see, it doesn’t take a genius to do these 10 things. These 10 tips can be summarized in one statement – live a balanced life. Make sure your health is at check. Never limit yourself to your home country’s thoughts and ideas. Continue to challenge your mind. Remain hungry and thirsty for knowledge. However, don’t forget to give your brain the rest it deserves. Express your thoughts freely. Read at least one book a year. And most importantly, be optimistic. When you master doing all of these things, rest assured that you’re well on your way to maximizing your own brain power – whether using it to its full potential or not (it wouldn’t matter at all).
