Regarding YUII’s Claimed Acquisition of Dajiang’s Farms
Fourth Call – June 15, 2011
Following is the transcript of the fourth telephone conversation Geo’s Investigator had with Mr.
Xuejiang Zheng, the Chairman and General Manager of Weifang City Dajiang Enterprise Group Co., Ltd,
on the evening of June 15, 2011 (Beijing time).
Just before this call, our investigator received a copy of a Transfer Agreement with the corporate seal
bearing the name of Dajiang and a signature with the name Xuejiang Zheng. The purpose of the call was
to get a fax number from Mr. Zheng so we could send him the document and ask for his comments
regarding the agreement.
Zheng: Hello.
Geo: Hello. Mr. Zheng. This is Mr. Wang.
Zheng: Oh. From the United States?
Geo: Yes. From the United States. There is a funny thing after our last conversation. Someone sent me
a three-page Transfer Agreement. This Transfer Agreement has the seal of Dajiang and your signature
as well. Do you want to see them? I can fax them to you.
Zheng: Oh. I already know this. This is a series of lies. A series of lies. Today, there is even one
appraisal report which appraised my 13 breeder farms from a CPA firm. I already talked to the CPA in
that firm. （我知道这个情况。这是一系列的骗局，一系列的骗局。今天，还有一个会计师事务所
出的一个对我 13 个场的评估报告。我已经和那个会计师联系过了。）
Geo: Really?
Zheng: Yes. That report appraised my 13 breeder farms with the amount of more than RMB 100 million.
There is even one receipt with the amount of RMB 40 million. This is a series of lies. I receive nothing.
All these are forged. I even talked to the CPA. How can he do that? (是的。那个评估报告评估了我的
十三个场大概是 1 个多亿。甚至还有一个四千多万的收据。这是一些列的骗局。我什么也没有收

Geo: Do you need me to send the Transfer Agreement to you? Can you give me your fax number?

Geo: I only receive the Transfer Agreement so far. I don’t know the appraisal report and the 40 million
receipt. Do you need me to send the document to you? Then, you can see what happened.

2. Zheng: I don’t need to see that Agreement. All these are forged. I already tell you this story. You shall
know this. I prepare to sue it. (我不用看那个协议了。这些都是假的。我已经把这个情况都跟你说
了。你应该已经了解了。我准备诉它。)
