A POS system would be needed at the front desk of the spa services counter to perform the selling of spa services. These POS systems come installed with the corresponding software so all you have to do is plug them in. This system would also have to be equipped with scheduling capabilities so that when clients want to book an appointment it can be easily accessed.
This would be needed to process and credit or debit card transactions. Most people do not commonly carry cash with them so this would be a necessity for any business to have.
A sound system provided by Grape digital would be used to add calming music in each of the spa rooms. Base unit would be at the control of the front desk clerk and each room would have the same music playing through the wall mounted speakers.

These POS systems come installed with the corresponding software so all you have to do is just plug them in. The system will also have to be equipped with scheduling capabilities so that clients can easily sign up for classes and for time with a personal trainer.
You will need 5 wall mounted tv’s to be placed throughout the exercise room for the clients enjoyment. The tv’s can each be on different channels and the speakers from the TV are powerful enough that no further speakers are needed.
A sound system would be needed for the classroom in the exercise center. The speakers can be wall mounted throughout the room and the base unit would be placed at the discretion of the teacher for the class.
There are 4 personal trainers employed at this facility, each one of them will be issued a Hp Tablet PC so that they can personally keep track of their clients workouts. The tablets will all be equipped with wireless internet if the trainer wishes to look up a new technique for exercise or to answer any questions that his client might have.
A computer terminal would be a necessity for the child care center to more efficiently check the children in and out. The CPU will be placed behind the front desk and the touch screen monitor will be facing out toward the clients. Parents will use this system.
A Samsung wall mounted LED TV will be placed in the Child care center for entertainment purposes.
This DVD player would be hooked up to the TV for use as a tool to help care for the children in the child care center.
The sound system would be used to play children’s music throughout the child care center. The speakers would be wall mounted throughout the room. The base unit would be behind the front desk out of the reach of the kids. The speakers would also be connected to the TV so you can have surround sound while watching Handy Manny.
A beeper system would be the most discreet way of allowing parents to exercise or enjoy the spa without having to worry about their children. When a child is checked into the child care center then the parent is handed a beeper with its own number and if something were to happen to the child then the parent could be paged that way instead of through a loud speaker for the whole world to hear.
There will be two registers for check out in store portion of the store for easy check out. And one more for the health bar
Credit card machine would be needed for each of the 3 registers so that credit and debit card purchases could be made.
A portable barcode reader would be used for inventory purposes. This bar code reader comes with a USB port that can be easily hooked up to a printer and the information that it reads can be printed out.
Clients can enjoy a made to order sandwich at the health bar by ordering with this touch screen monitor and have their receipt printed remotely for they convience right beside them.
Each of the managers of the different areas of the building and each of the janitorial staff will have a walkie-talkie to make quick access of anyone who is needed.
This workstation computer will be placed in a central location for all employees to use as a clock in/out station. This computer will also be able to print ready made templates for each of the departments as they are needed for inventory and such.
The Manager and the asst. manager of the facility will each have a laptop to keep track of all the departments that are under their control.
All computers in the facility will be able to wirelessly print to this workstation.
To be placed in the break room for the employee’s enjoyment.
Each department will have one phone and there will be one in the break room and one more in the managers office.
