  • A metric of club performance – if you don’t know where you are going, then how will you know when you get there? A measure of club pride – energy flows positively when one associated with organization recognized for its successes A recruitment tool – guests more inclined to associate with organization that takes pride in its work and demonstrates it accomplishments An easily achievable goal – reports in on time and officers trained twice a year and 2-4 members advance in their educational goal should be easy goals to achieve Recognition of the dedication of club members and leadership to the goals of Toastmasters International.
