      If you want to decrease your appetite, you can follow these simple tips.
      First: Drink plenty of water. Some people will confuse hunger with thirst, and people who don’t drink plenty of water tend to feel hungry a lot more of the time. It is advisable, therefore, to drink at least eight to ten glasses of water each day to keep you from being dehydrated. Second: Do not skip breakfast. Breakfast is an important meal when it comes to controlling your appetite throughout the day. After we wake up, our body needs food since it hasn’t been fed throughout the night. In order to keep our metabolism and hunger in a stable condition, a solid and nutritious breakfast is definitely needed. Third: Don’t starve yourself. Starving or eating very few calories may seem like a good idea. But the truth is it disrupts your metabolism and can cause cravings.
      Next: Choose a good diet. Find a sensible eating plan – one that allows you to eat enough food and doesn’t deprive your body of any nutrients. Increase the amount of fiber you get. Fiber will make you feel fuller, so that you will eat less. Also, consume more protein. Like fiber, protein will help you feel satiated or will give you the sense of feeling full. The general rule is to have at least twenty grams of protein with each meal. Fifth: Avoid emotional hunger. You need to recognize which emotions trigger a feeling of hunger inside you and try to control them.
