This value is very poorly captured amongst Greek Systems today, and organizations such as these need to stop using someone else's social network and instead launch their own.

•Messaging tools don’t handle the complexity of greek life well and quickly become
overwhelming with nonsensical back-and-forth chatter
•Need: A tool that allows for easier, focused discussion
Privacy is Crucial
•A chapter requires the ability to discuss sensitive topics amongst themselves with the
confidence that only members will have access
•Need: A tool that is built with privacy in mind

5. THE SOLUTION
— Interconnected Chapter and Council Private Networks —
Councils Need the Ability to Effectively Distribute Information
•Build Unity within the entire greek system on one closed network
•Share events, happenings, ideas
•Connect members of separate houses through shared passions (ie, Greek Snowboarders)
•Allow for Council-Wide announcements to be pushed to all members’ phones
•Easily control access to the community and limit it to only greeks
Chapters Need the Ability to Manage Their Membership
•Structure the chapter in as many groups as necessary to most effectively communicate
•Give members of specific teams a place to communicate (Recruitment, Development, Sports)
•Keep the jokes where they belong - in the Off Topic group
•Allow Chapter Leaders to push notifications to all members’ mobile phones
•Maintain total privacy in communication to only active chapter members
