  2. Slide 2: • Eye care is always miss understood and considered to be complex as nuclear science. • Following easy steps will help you to practice eye are daily.
  3. Slide 3: Under-eye Exercise
  4. Slide 4: Exercise 1: • Sit down and relax. • Breathe normally. • Look at a spot between your eyes • Above the bridge of your nose.
  5. Slide 5: Exercise 1: • Keep looking at this spot for a count of five. • Then relax the eyes. • Next look at the tip of your nose. • Also to the count of five and relax.
  6. Slide 6: This exercise will ease the stress and tension and will relax your eyes.
  7. Slide 7: Exercise 2: • Sit down and relax and look straight in front of you. • Inhale and look right as far as possible, without turning your head.
  8. Slide 8: Exercise 2: • Slowly come to the original position and exhale. • Repeat the same method for the left side. • Do this exercise three times.
  9. Slide 9: Exercise 3: • Sit up straight and look down. • Slowly inhale and start rolling your eyes to the right and then to the top, in a circular movement.
  10. Slide 10: Exercise 3: • When your eyes have reached the top, looking towards your eyebrows. • Start exhaling while moving your eyes left and downwards in a circular movement. • Repeat three times.
