  • 2. You as part of our Social Media World will mainly schedule posts via the Tool Hootsuite .We will review your awesome suggestions and afterwards send them out to the Social Entrepreneurship Community.Together we will build in the next 3 month a Twitter Community of more than 3.000 Followers!

  • 5. 3.1. How to schedule posts on different channels VERSION A:• Click at the Content Research 1, 2 or 3 tab• You will see different channels on which you can search for information that would be interesting for our social media channels• The following slides will show you how to act if you have found something spectacular in the world wide web
  • 6. THESE ARE YOUR INFOCHANNELS
  • 7. For example: youtube
  • 8. Now you can enter a keyword
  • 9. For example: Social Media
  • 10. You can choose one of the appearing videos
  • 11. A window will appear on the left side
  • 12. IMPORTANT: NEVER forget to schedule a date and time!
  • 13. Please schedule a date which is at least 3 hours in the future!
  • 14. Now select the profiles for it (twitter and LinkedIn); Please don’t select Facebook
  • 15. Choose the channel/s and click
  • 16. Click the button “Schedule”
  • 17. Now your tweet will appear at the“Scheduled Messages”- Tab for each channel you have selected
  • 18. 3.2. How to schedule posts on different channels VERSION B: Create your own posts !
  • 19. Go to the left side of the homepage and click “Publisher”
  • 20. Now choose “Require Approval”
  • 21. To create a message – use the compose message tab
  • 22. Just ad your own text
  • 23. IMPORTANT: NEVER forget to schedule a date and time!
  • 24. Please schedule a date which is at least three hours in the future!
  • 25. Now you choose the channel/s (twitter and linkedin)
  • 26. Press “schedule”
  • 27. Now your tweet will appear at the “Scheduled” - Tab
  • 28. 4. Forbidden Features This list contains things you should NEVER do while using Hootsuite:- Click the “Send now”- Button in the “Compose message”- Tab > only use the “Schedule now” –Button. Since we review every sceduled post from you before we publish it.

Forbidden Features• Use information that already has been posted by someone else in the SEA-Streams > Please try to check back at the “Schedules post”- Overview if someone else has already posted the same content as you• Don´t use the “Ideengarage”-Channel > Just use the twitter and linkedin channels of SEA
