CCS – Outline <ul><li>Building Level data (All Utilities) </li></ul><ul><li>Proof of Concept - Working Pilot 2010/11 – 7 Buildings </li></ul><ul><li>Electricity only in 2011/12 (display Co2 / Kwh) </li></ul><ul><li>Data Warehouse (Coherent / Systems Link / CRC data Collector) </li></ul><ul><li>Establish total annual cumulative consumption per building </li></ul><ul><li>Each building assigned a carbon ‘budget’ and reduction target (arbitrary 3%) </li></ul><ul><li>On-line performance can be tracked (24 hour updates) </li></ul><ul><li>Estates / Occupiers work together on carbon reduction initiatives </li></ul><ul><li>No financial incentive model – recognition and calculated savings scheme / with salix support </li></ul><ul><li>Test Occupier Engagement Models 10/11 – Develop 11/12 </li></ul>
