  • Mimicking
    To imitate or copy in action, speech, etc.
    Sodapop kept them in stitches. He’d grab one guy’s press hat and another’s camera and walk around interviewing the nurses and mimicking TV reporters.
  • recurring
    To happen again or repeatedly
    I had a nightmare the night of Mom and Dad’s funeral….. Soda began sleeping with me, and it stopped recurring so often…..
  • divert
    To turn aside
