ExporTech Developing an export plan and strategies to grow your business. California Manufacturers Advantage CMA is a continuous improvement program designed for small manufacturers with annual sales between $ 150,000 and $ 10 million.     A federally funded program, delivered by CMTC. For Manufacturers – Job Shops – Fabricators – Assemblers, with a Mfg. NAICS code. 15 individuals dedicated to the CMA Program. Over 500 manufacturing companies served every year. There is no cost to participate in this program and access our resources. What’s the Catch? 1. We ask you to make a commitment to respond to the customer satisfaction survey – 6 months later. 2. We ask you to refer others into the program, who may be interested in participating.

California Manufacturers Advantage A CMA Advisor visits your plant site, to discuss key business indicators such as: Sales, Cash Flow, Productivity, Quality Systems, Information Systems, Business Strategies and Planning. After prioritizing your needs, we may assign an experienced Growth Coach:      Marketing for Sales Growth Lean for Productivity & Growth Managing Financial Growth Leveraging the Family Legacy & Succession Planning Using Strategic Planning to Focus Growth Initiatives CMA is a 6 month program that provides: 1. Tools & resources to improve productivity and profitability 2. A business advisor providing mentoring to help you realize your business goals. 3. Helpful referrals to other business assistance resources. 4. Networking opportunities with local manufacturers as potential customers, suppliers, and strategic partners. 5. Information to leverage incentives and funding, when these special programs are available.
