      • For developers:
        • Installation, with basic requirements as follows:
          • PHP 4.2.x

      • Divided by Sections, Categories, and Content
      • Plug-ins can be in the form of Components (content specialized elements or applications), Modules (used to display different information), and/or Mambots (functional units of code that support the operation of Joomla)
      • Global configuration
      • Different user privileges
      • Can add to menu and publish to front page easily
    5. WordPress Overview
      • Difference between WP and WP-MU
      • Developers
        • Very easy web interface and same basic server requirements as Joomla
        • Many extensions , including widgets
      • Designers
        • I have not tested it yet but there is a Dreamweaver plug-in (works in DW 8 or greater)
      • Admin
        • Easy to navigate control panel
      • User
        • Easy to navigate menu system and front end editing option
      • Users
        • Different user capabilities

      • Can have a feel of a full website through its “pages” feature
      • Great spam catcher through Askismet
      • Great selection of themes
      • Easily embed videos, podcast, or other Web 2.0 applications
      • Import/export option

    7. Nucleus Usage
      • Nucleus was used before WordPress MU was available
      • We have no access to files and folders permission in our server
      • Although Nucleus is a very nice blog application, we found that WP has more features especially with MU
      • Users have no access to his own control panel
      • Only two levels of user access: admin or user
