LEG #3 SKI 4 KM Polar-thon 2009, I hereby for myself, my heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns, forever

sponsor involved in the Polar-thon 2009 from
any and all claims, demands, damages, costs

indemnity basis), actions or causes of actions,

the Rules & Regulations as set forth by the
Polar-thon 2009 committee and to follow the
instructions of the officials during the event.
