To support improved library education in South  Carolina. To support the Library Bill of Rights. 

Summary: In an interview  format between the executive director of Friends of Libraries USA, Sandy Dolnick, and Peter Blum, a former FOLUSA Board member, they discuss some of the hundreds of ways Friends groups can help enrich the services of their libraries. But they highlight the four main activities that Friends groups can support: volunteerism, fundraising, programming and public relations/advocacy.
