Under this assignment, Cushman & Wakefield Ottawa will be responsible for subleasing approximately 80,000 square feet of office space at 150 Slater Street. 150 Slater Street, currently under construction, will be the new headquarters of Canada’s export credit agency and will total approximately 480,000 square feet of new development in the heart of Ottawa’s Central Business District.
