Follow the following steps to Re-Open GBS Billing in Multi-User Mode.

1. Click “Open or restore an existing company”

2. Select “Open a company file” 3. Click Next

4. Select the drop-down menu above and select the Q: Drive

5. Make sure that the box “Open file in multi-user mode” is checked.
