2. Unit 1: Session 3.7 - Practicing Division Strategies, cont... Ten-Minute Math: Today we will play "Random Clues." Clues A, B & C will be combined and we will draw the first three cards from the deck. Work with a partner and find the number(s) that fit the set of three clues. If the solution is "inconclusive," modify the clues. Be ready to share your strategy for solving the puzzle.
3. Math Workshop Continued today: (45 minutes) 1. Complete SAB pages 59 - 60 & 65 - 66. (we will be discussing problem 2 from page 65) 2. Play Division Compare with a partner when you have completed #1. Complete page 64 with your game partner!!
4. Discussion: Division Strategies (15 minutes) Problem 2 from SAB page 65. Melissa has 880 baseball cards she wants to store in envelopes. If each envelope holds 35 cards, how many envelopes does she need?
