For each outage event, OMS providescorresponding devices that are malfunctioning .GIS then create a bounding polygon (Convex Hull)for all the points related to an event.The polygon is then buffered with a distance of300 feet.GIS stores the polygon as a feature in OutageEvent Feature Class with all the attributes fromthe OMS.GIS get this information from ERCS and findtheir locations on the mapCreation of outage polygonSahadeb De | SCANA Corporation | 2011
