  • thanks for this great link Amber. This is such an important topic... and the idea of open source education needs much more discussion. I think we are still stuck on old models/ applications rather than open systems that will transform interaction and involvement. the way to incite a new creative generation is to dissolve the barriers and make the process of serendipity 'the story' in making stuff better.

  • This is very, very good.

    A theoretical text on this idea is present in http://junana.com/, one of the best books on the future of education I've read. While it does not advertise itself to be so, it is an excellent example of mundane science fiction.
