  6. 6. Million Dollar Duck FAQ’s Does the million dollar duck have to be the first place duck? No, You may use a duck other than the first place duck for the chance at the million dollar duck (i.e., the 3rd duck, 10 th duck, etc.) How is the million dollar duck selected? The duck may be selected by any means, on or off a waterway 6
  7. 7. Million Dollar Duck FAQ’s Are the odds of a winning duck affected by how many ducks are in the race? The total number of ducks in your race does not affect the odds of winning. One duck per race will be selected to try to match a winning duck number. We choose one winning duck in every 3333 ducks regardless of the size of the race (a 10,000 duck race will have 3 winning ducks; a 50,000 duck race will have 15 winning ducks). What happens if I don’t sell all of my ducks? SCA will select a winner from the entire range of ducks available for your race, so you can sell adoptions on race day. If all the ducks are not sold, you will still have a proportional representation of pre selected ducks. 7
  8. 8. Million Dollar Duck FAQ’s How long have SCA and GAME worked together? SCA has worked with GAME on over 600 duck races. No $1,000,000 duck winner-yet! The odds are on your side. Is the $1 million prize transferable? Yes. How can I learn more about SCA? To learn more about SCA Promotions and our other products, please visit 8
  9. 9. Million Dollar Duck Million Dollar Duck Description Million-dollar* duck: One duck in every 3,333 ducks in the duck race will be randomly selected as a potential winning million dollar duck. The winning duck numbers are selected prior to the race and kept in a sealed security envelope. When the first adopted duck crosses the finish line, a race official will determine whether the duck is one of the preselected million-dollar winning ducks ( amend the previous sentence if you are not using the first place duck). If it is, the duck adopter wins the million dollar* prize. If it is not, the million dollars will not be awarded. The odds of being pre-selected as a potential winner of the Million Dollar Duck are approximately 1:3333. The odds of being the 1st place duck will depend on the total number of entries. *The million-dollar prize is paid in 25 equal annual installments of $40,000 each, without interest. No purchase is necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Alternate form of entry: The purpose of this event is to raise funds for ( your organization’s name), but you may request a duck number for no donation by sending a self addressed, stamped envelope along with your request to ( address.
