May 2013Goals and Objectives• Seeking a prospective Tenant to:– rehabilitate and maintain the historic integrity ofHangar One and the historic district;– eliminate NASA’s operating and maintenance cost forthe airfield;– leverage the expertise of the real estate industry;– provide net financial proceeds to the Government;– obtain best value to the Government, through an open,public competition.
