    Recruitment 2.0 is the topic of the need as we are going through the recession and i would like to introduce an innovative portal Job ’a’ Fair (www.jobafair.com) which would solve tough challenges (Cost-to-hire & Time-to-hire) being environment friendly (Go Green)
