• 18. Yeah, but
• 19. Why DIGITAL stories?
• 20. And we remember 50% more if images are added.
• 21. Images and digital stories go together like…
• 24. But we don’t pay attention to boring things.
• 25. For kids born in the 21st century
• 26. Some of our stories are pretty boring.
• 27. Kids are wired for speed and novelty.
• 28. And if we don’t get their attention…
• 29. We won’t bridge them to deeper learning.
• 30. Yeah, but…
• 31. The computers in my classroom are old.
• 32. The computer lab is always booked.
• 33. And I don’t have time to learn these new programs.
• 34. True, but…
• 35. If we believe it will improve learning
• 36. We’ll find a way. In fact…
• 37. Stay tuned for the next slide show.
• 38. 25 ways to use digital tools in your classroom even when you have lousy computers.
