What research into horror genre has influenced the look of your film publicity campaign.<br />I have research into particular successful horror films and from this has influenced my concept.<br />The film that has influenced my production when researching is :<br /><ul><li>The ring - where I have decided to use a young girl as the protagonist.
Friday the 13th – which has influenced our decisions on what kind of props we may decide to use.
Be witch-our – our location was influenced by this film.</li></li></ul><li>What narrative strategies did u decide to adopt in your synopsis and how is this reflected in your concept?<br />The narrative strategy we have decided to adopt is a voice over and some dialogue.<br />I have decided to use dialogue when creating my concept.<br />When coming up with decision I researched into many films and they all used some sort of dialogue to create suspense with out giving anything away. <br />
How have you compared profile of target audience?<br />I first researched into the target audience of horror genre films and then looked into what attracts the audience to come and watch the horror films or a pacific film.<br />I wanted to use the information I found from my research to market my publicity campaign target audience using similar elements of real campaign.<br />I compared my target audience to films that influenced my concept such as film like The Ring and Scream. <br />
What research have you completed into certification and how did this influence your idea?<br />After completing my research into certification it gave me more of an understanding of what I was able to add into my film campaign and what I couldn’t have. I looked into similar target audience to mine of other horror films and compared what made them effective film and tried to use what I found to influence my decisions. <br />The research allowed me to have a better view of what my campaign may look like, when I start to create my campaign. <br />
