  • 2.  Levis, is a privately held American Clothing companyknown worldwide for its Levis brand of denimjeans. It was founded in 1853 when Levi Strauss came fromButtenheim, Bavaria, to San Francisco, California toopen a west coast branch of his brothers New Yorkdry goods business. In 1873, Levi Strauss and tailor Jacob Davis receiveda U.S. patent to make the first riveted mens workpants out of denim: the first blue jeans. The company briefly experimented (in the 1970s)with a public stock listing, but remains owned andcontrolled by descendants and relatives of LeviStrausss four nephews. The companys corporateheadquarters is located at Levis Plazain SanFrancisco.[3]

A lot of different brands have come andgone, but this brand is one that has shown greatstaying power. Levis jeans have remained popular is because theyhave a lot of different cuts. You dont just have oneor two denim cuts to choose from, you have many sothat you can find the cut that is most comfortableand flatters your body the best. Other jeans have acouple of cuts but nothing like the extensiveselection that Levis is always offering, updating, andadjusting.

Thecampaign supports the launch of a pioneeringnew fit concept that captures female artistsin a uniquely feminine vision, celebrating theLevi’s brand and its unquestionable denimauthority. Top of Mind: 40% listed Levi’s first, the nextnearest was Seven Jeans, listed by 8% 63%listed Levi’s in the top 3 brands of jeans.
