    • Make your own directory of Human resources Managers and their contacts/addresses to apply.

    • CV is your advertisement of selling, customize it according to the job requirements.
    • Make your picture from a professional photographer.

    • Never past your picture on CV until it is demanded or you are really photogenic.
    • Get maximum information about the organization and it mission/vision before applying and before going for interview.
    • Prepare your self for interview. Prepare professional replies of most common FAQ’s.
    • Never refuse any interview call even it is for a junior position. Go, prove your worth and leave your updated CV for future reference.
    • Dress up smartly and professionally for interviews.

    • Don’t accept or reject any job offer immediately. Take time to think at least 1 to 2 days. Take advise from seniors to finalize your decision.
    • Do not jump on salary before, during on end of any interview. Never give a figure in 1 st interview.
    • Try to discuss salary in the final meeting. It will enable you to demand exactly what are worth for and put u in a position of negotiation.

    • If you are cornered to tell expected salary… always give a range and keep a margin of negotiation. eg. you want 25K demand 30k to 35k. Employer consider your down limit and negotiate on it.
    • Know your worth, and never give unrealistic salary exception.
    • Final your deal and make a noting of what you finalize with employer.
    • Request for joining time at least 7 days. May be you get some information which change your decision.
