Time has different guises. Necessary time refers to the time required to maintain one’s self as it applies to activities such as eating, sleeping, and cleansing and to a large extent exercising. In general, necessary time usually constitutes the majority of people’s time since sleeping is factored into this category.Committed timeIt refers to the time allocated to maintain a home and family. if you are alert you may find portions of it which are actually free time. Waiting in a bus queue is a good example, you are committed to be standing there, but you need not waste the timeFree time refers to the remains of the day after the three other types of time have been subtracted from the 24 hour day.
Benjamin Franklin said “don’t squander with time, Time is what our life is made of. Life is not a practice session. It’s the “full delivery first time”.
The good point to understands is “ when we become excellent in time management, we simultaneously develop the habit patterns which are helpful for high accomplishments, wealth and peace in every area of our life. We see the relationship to our life differently I believe by considering the concepts I’ve brought forth you‘ll be able to close the gap between YOUR PURPOSE in life and how you spend your time.
