  • 5. Strengths
    • Our Infrastructure for Technology is awesome!!! Having a full class size computer lab and student laptops for grades 5 th & 6 th helps 
  • 6. Focus: Educator Preparation and Development
    • Plan a staff development to train teachers how to utilize technology in their classroom
    • Provide additional training modules available online, anytime access by staff
  • 7. Conclusion
    • Don’t forget that the purpose of the STaR Chart is to help teachers (you) and our campus determine the progress toward meeting the goals of the Long-Range Plan for Technology.
    • The survey you take every year should remind you of what the expectations for Technology and Instruction are for Texas teachers.
    • Be honest when taking the survey because the results will be used to help the district/campus plan for future staff development/integration of technology in their curricular area.
