Visual Factory Based upon Toyota Production System – Andon boards are used to track and manage performance at individuals stations integrated into a holistic RYG display – they’re a fundamental element of tracking performance against a standard work model The goal is to move from a data gathering mode on the floor to one of data analysis and consequently control of production Visual Factory deployed at several OEM’s (aviation, aerospace and heavy equipment) with long router operation where it is difficult to see conformance to schedule Logicentrix employs a web services based solution hosted either internally or externally – capable of accessing information from multiple systems and displaying and / or analyzing information as if from a single source
