  • Physiology Of Laughter Dr. Shriniwas Kashalikar
  • Laughter is inseparable from human life. Its importance to our life is appreciated by one and all. The term physiology here, implies the stimulus, the receptors, the afferent nerves, the center in the brain, the efferent nerves, the effector organs, the effect, the significance of this effect in life, the correlation of this effect or phenomenon with evolution i.e. comparative physiology and application of all this understanding in day to day life for the promotion of holistic health and therapeutic application in prevention, alleviation or cure of this information! The text books of medical physiology however do not describe any of this.
