  • 4. BECAUSE THE MORE OFTEN WE EAT THE QUICKER OUR METABOLISM
  • 5. EAT SIX TIMES IN A SMALL PORTION. 3 MAIN DISHES AND 3 SNACKS

    • Breakfast (7am)
    • One omelet or boiled egg
    THE EXAMPLE OF THE FOOD
    • Morning snack (10am)
    • 1 apple/orange/pear

    • Lunch (1pm)
    • 1 ons of fish
    • 1 cup of brown rice
    • 1 cup of vegetable
    • Day snack (4pm)
    • 1 roasted meat

    • Dinner (7pm)
    • 1 ons beef
    • 1 cup of vegetable
    • Before sleep (9pm)
    • 1 glass of milk with high protein low fat
