What’s a Purposeful Plan?
During Jeff’s 36 years of experience in helping people grow their wealth, he has developed a proprietary process he calls Purposeful Planning.
His process allows him to demonstrate over and over that applying the key aspects of property selection and timing – whether you are selling or trading – produces superior results.
Following are the Purposeful Plan Steps.

Establish their level of sophistication about investing in general
1.

Establish their current and complete financial status
Get client approved by lender in advance
2.

Establish source(s) of capital for their first investment(s)
Cash
Home equity
Stocks/Bonds/Annuities
Existing investment real estate
Other
3.

Gather information about them
Age
Retirement plans (company pensions, IRA/401K, annuities)
Do they like their job or hate their job?
Are their goals realistic, or could they be more ambitious?
Whatever else pops up
4.

Decide whether they're in need of capital growth or current cash flow
95% need to grow first
5.

Establish length of time available until retirement
Is the time available sufficient to attain goal?
6.

Establish reserve account based upon total capital actually invested
It’s a ‘must’ ( no reserves: I won’t work with them )
Must be liquid
7.

Explain the process in general, and execute Plan based on Steps 1-7
8.
