Quick Facts<br />Single-click page creation<br />No HTML required; Creating a Google Site is as easy as editing a document, which means there's no markup language for you to learn -- just get started.<br />Make it your own; customization options let you give your Google Site your own look and feel<br />Get started with templates<br />By the way…It’s FREE!<br />

  5. 5. Publish sites to the world </li></li></ul><li>Initial Setup<br />In order to create a site through Google, users must create a Google Account. It’s FREE and very easy to setup.<br /><ul><li>Go to www.google.com

The First Steps<br />This will allow the user to enter the following:<br />Site Theme<br />Name of the Site<br />Site Description<br />Site Accessibility<br />Enter in the security code and just like that, the new site has been created! After the site has been created, the user should now be at their new site “Home” page.<br />

  18. 18. Edit a page<br />Click ‘Format’ to change text headings and format.<br />Click ‘Table’ to add and edit a table.<br />Click ‘Insert’ to add images, Google objects, videos or gadgets to your page.<br />Click ‘Layout’ to change the page layout.<br />
