Management Team   ScoB’s  is  a  serial  entrepreneur  with  two  successful  exits.  As  CEO,  he  founded  several  mobile  and  web  startups,  sold   one  and  launched  innovated  products  in  the  adver-sing,  e-­‐commerce,  online  wealth  management,  group  giIing  and   talent  acquisi-on  categories.     Prior  to  Amyx,  he  was  the  VP  of  Product  Management  at  a  SaaS  startup,  which  he  grew  the  revenue  from  $2M  to  a   ScoA  Amyx   $15M  run-­‐rate  during  the  Great  Recession  of  2007  to  2009,  realizing  500%  in  top-­‐line  growth  and  helped  close  the   CEO     acquisi-on  by  Fiserv,  a  $9B  market  cap  Fortune  500  company.  He  was  posi-oned  to  become  the  Senior  Vice  President   &  General  Manager  of  the  business  unit.  In  the  company,  he  grew  worldwide  headcount  to  a  150+  person   organiza-on  responsible  for  product  management,  professional  services,  marke-ng,  opera-ons  and  customer   support,  with  regional  offices  in  Silicon  Valley,  New  York  and  Bangalore,  India.       ScoB  was  a  na-onal  Sloan/Woodrow  Wilson  Fellow  at  Carnegie  Mellon  University  and  earned  a  M.P.P.  with  emphasis   in  Business  from  The  University  of  Chicago.     Researcher  &  expert  in  mul-media  compression  algorithms,  wireless  networking  and  mul-media  communica-on,  and   image  and  video  pre-­‐  and  post-­‐processing  and  enhancement.  Granted  18  U.S.  patents  and  numerous  others  pending.   Dr.  Jiangtao  Wen     Dr.  Wen  is  a  Professor  at  Tsinghua  University  and  a  Visi-ng  Fellow  at  Princeton  University.  He  is  also  an  IEEE  Fellow  and     Chief  Scien-st  &  CTO   Associate  Editor  of  IEEE  Transac-ons  CSVT.     Jiangtao  (Gene)  has  also  served  as  the  Senior  Director  of  Technology  with  Or-va  Wireless  and  served  as  a  Consultant/   Scien-st  to  Quar-cs,  Ocarina  Networks,  Stretch  Inc.,  MPEG,  Mobilygen,  PacketVideo,  and  Rockwell  Science  Center.     Dr.  Wen  hold  a  Ph.D.,  M.S.,  and  B.S.  in  Electrical  Engineering  from  Tsinghua  University  and  PostDoc  from  UCLA.    Amyx Interactive Mobile Video Experience
