PREVENTIVE MEDICINE RESIDENCY Training in Cancer Prevention and Control Supported by funding from the American Cancer Society Physician Training Award in Preventive Medicine, we invite applications for residency positions focusing on cancer prevention and control. This program involves the completion of the Master’s degree in Public Health, as well as intensive practicum experience involving the development of clinical, research, teaching, and public health skills relevant to a career in cancer prevention and control. Successful completion of the training qualifies residents to sit for the board exam for certification in the specialty of General Preventive Medicine/Public Health.
